Questions people ask before applying
Do I need a Kentucky HVAC license?
Lead roles require a current Kentucky journeyman HVAC mechanic license. If you're an apprentice working toward your journeyman card, apply anyway and tell us where you are — we hire for the future too.
What brands and equipment will I work on?
Mostly Goodman and Amana split systems, heat pumps, furnaces and coils, plus Daikin ductless systems. We service all major brands on repair calls.
Where are the jobs?
Louisville and the surrounding area — Highview, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Middletown, Prospect — and into Bullitt County. Our shop is on Bardstown Road.
What happens after I apply?
You get an email confirming we received it. Our office reviews it and, if it's a match, calls to schedule a conversation. We reply to everyone, including people we can't hire right now.
