What if a tenant refuses access for a maintenance visit?
We document every contact attempt and notify you immediately, giving you a paper trail for lease compliance. We'll re-attempt scheduling at no extra charge.
Do you provide documentation of service visits?
Every visit produces a written service report — condition notes, work performed, and recommendations — useful for warranties, taxes, insurance, and eventual property sale.
What's the difference between the annual plan and a one-off service?
The annual plan includes both seasonal visits, 10% off parts, priority scheduling, tenant coordination, and documentation — typically costing less than two separately booked visits, with none of the scheduling hassle.
